How long does it take to see results?
Some links can be removed in 24-48 hours whilst others can take up to 6 months to remove. It is all dependant on response from the search engine, website, social platform or ISP.
What is your guarantee?
We can’t guarantee that we can delete every single thing that exists on the internet and if anyone tells you they can you should steer well clear of them. We only take on cases where we believe the client has the opportunity for removal.
Does it matter if it’s true or false?
In short No, however we do have a company policy to turn down clients that we believe are a current danger to the public. At Content Removal, we understand that mistakes may have happened in the past. Just because a business has complaints, doesn’t mean they don’t have thousands of customers who value them. Just because an individual has made a mistake, doesn’t necessarily mean that mistake should define them for the rest of their lives.
How should I respond to negative content?
Quickly, positively and professionally. Most negative content comes in the form of bad reviews or poor customer feedback, which can be dealt with easily and proactively.
More serious situations, such as plagiarism—or instances where someone creates a website or blog in your name for the sole purpose of defaming you or your business—may require the assistance of a reputable online reputation management company or a lawyer.
Does remove content mean pushdown in the search of actual removal?
At Content Removal we always focus first on removal of the content from the source. If that cannot be achieved we go to tackle the removal in the search results. We can permanently remove your content online and that’s what separates Content Removal from the rest. While our competitors focus on pushing down or hiding content, we focus on deleting it- permanently!
Which websites do you remove content from?
To date, we have successfully removed content from or outright deleted over 45,000 links. We have successfully removed news articles, blogs, attack websites, reviews, complaints, search results, copyright issues, trademark issues, mugshots, civil legal documents, pdf’s, pictures, videos, and more. Not everything is possible to remove, but we have removed many things that our clients initially believed were impossible to remove.
Do you use lawyers?
Very rarely would lawyers be any use in a Content Removal case as its not what they specialise in. We’ll go over our plan of action when working together.
What is your process?
Each situation is different, and how we go about attempting to remove the content depends on the situation. You can see our process under about in the menu.
Do you work with people in my country?
We have worked with clients in the UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Dubai, Singapore, Bahrain, Italy, France, Germany, Ireland and many other countries around the world.
What is the cost?
That depends on the difficulty and amount of links you want to remove. We’ve worked with clients for as little as $1000 and quoted as much as $150,000. Most solutions are in the $3,000 to $15,000 range. For a free, no-obligation quote, contact one of our Reputation Consultants who will personally review your case.
Competitor X says it cannot be removed?
They’re wrong. Most reputation companies focus on pushing down negative content in the search engine, rather than learning how to get content removed. Due to this, we often hear of competitors telling clients that what we’re offering is impossible.
Of course, removing content is not impossible. We do it every day. If someone created an article or page, we can remove the content. All our services are completely legal.
